Had air conditioning installed today, amazing job , from the moment Paul came to do the survey until the guys left today the experience has been top notch , highly recommend this company , very professional and the installation was brilliant, clean and tidy and exactly how it was explained.
“Paul was extremely helpful taking time to explain the process of installing A/C. Paul explained the quote and the current demand and lack of stock across the UK. In Saying that Paul and his team went out of their way to source premium products surprisingly quickly. When we were contacted by Jodie from his admin team, Jodie also talked us through the booking in process and what space would be needed to start and complete the work in and around each room. The installation was started by David & Harry ( Henry ) and the team were exceptional working around our home with our special needs adult children with care and consideration, which means a lot to us and our family. The two days the installation took did not feel like a chore and a stressful situation which it can do when contractors are in your home. We have nothing but praise and respect for the way we were dealt with by Bishops Plumbing & Heating! Fab experience. Boiler broke and searched for a reliable and reputable company to come and fix. Cannot recommend bishop plumbing and heating any higher. Sound service, great communication and friendly engineers made the whole thing nice and easy New boiler and smart thermostat installed and couldn’t be happier. Paul provided clear no nonsense advice and his quotation came via email before he left the house! The lads who did the work were highly experienced, efficient and left the house clean and tidy. I can’t rate them highly enough.
Ive used this company a fair few times now on one particular house. I called them this morning as water was leaking through a different house, they managed to attend on the day and request a price for a replacement item. Giving all, myself and tenants peace of mind, I cant fault this organisation. Please use them !

Paul and the team were absolute superstars. My job was not a straightforward one and they did such a thorough walk through with the quote it gave me a lot of confidence in them. They turned up on time, cracked on, cleaned up, and resulted in my house finally having hot water and heating yay! I loved the quote system as it gave you different options to choose and the costs etc. Paul also offered extra advice on energy saving, best placement of things etc. All the team were lovely and highly recommend.
